How to start your wedding invitation journey with me…

Personalised wedding invitations

When working with my couple, I spend the time to really make sure I know your wishes. I want to make sure you’re happy, find the process fun and are comfortable at each step.

1. Idea generation

I help you collect ideas and find out a style that suits you.

2. Bespoke quote

Whatever your budget, a bespoke option is available.

3. Booking

Once you’re happy with your quote, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required – your booking will be secured on payment of the deposit. I’ll also ask you to sign and return T&Cs.

4. Getting to know you

We can have a phone call, video call or a coffee (and cake, obviously) if you’re local. Equally, I know my couples are busy bees so a private Pinterest board and emails work too!

5. Design

Once your booking has been secured and you’ve provided final wording for your stationery, designing can begin! You’ll receive a visual mock-up of your stationery.

6. Amends

I want you to be 100% happy and know the details are important, so I offer up to two rounds of amends included in the cost.

7. Approval

Once your design has been finalised, you’ll receive a PDF of the finished artwork to be checked and approved. I will ask for your final payment to be made before moving into print production.

8. Print

When you’re happy and have signed everything off via email, your designs will be sent to print. Print times do vary but you’ll be provided with an estimate.

9. Making up and packaging

Having worked in the print industry for over 10 years, I will have expertly checked your invitations before they’re sent to my trusted printers. Depending on your requirements and budget, I give you the option for me to make each invitation up, or I’ll provide you with all the elements to make them up yourself. I will then package them up after a quality control check.

10. Delivery

Finally, your stationery will be sent using a tracked courier, making sure your wedding invitations reach you safely and on time.
